After reading "Jack and the Beanstalk", we really wanted to grow our own beans. First, we used a plastic cup with wet cotton to let the beans germinate. A week later, we put the sprouts into the soil and watered them. Two weeks after that, we counted 2 leaves and then 7 and 20 and wow!
